I genuinely believe my accounts were wrongfully disabled, whether as the result of a coordinated reporting attack by competing advocacy groups or booking agents, or simply an automated enforcement error. Regardless of the cause, it is deeply concerning that Meta can make a decision with such serious personal, professional, and reputational consequences without providing meaningful context, identifying the alleged violation, or giving the account holder a reasonable opportunity to respond and demonstrate that the accusations are unfounded. I am not going to give up on resolving this. I am fully prepared to pursue every appropriate legal remedy available to me, along with any other legitimate avenue that may help restore my accounts and clear my name. However, I sincerely hope this can be resolved without the need for prolonged legal action. At this point, I am desperate for meaningful assistance and for an actual person to review my case. I genuinely did nothing that would justify this action, and I am certainly not a danger or threat to anyone. Being associated with such a serious accusation is both distressing and damaging, particularly when I have not even been given the opportunity to understand what allegedly triggered it or defend myself against it.

I have never given control of my accounts to anyone else, nor have I intentionally violated Meta’s Community Standards or policies. My accounts contain many years of photos, posts, conversations, friendships, and other precious memories. These are not simply social media posts to me—they are important records of my life and memories that I have treasured for many years. Therefore, I sincerely ask Meta to conduct a manual review of my accounts rather than relying solely on an automated decision. If there is any specific content or activity that was considered a violation, I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the reason so that I can understand what happened and take appropriate action. If this was indeed a mistake or false positive by the automated system, I respectfully ask that you remove the restriction and restore my access to Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. You have to pay to talk to a rep that is an FTC violation to manually get your account back up even then it didn't work. My photo was restored and can't advertise until Nov 9 it is mid Aug.

My legitimate clothing business has been repeatedly disabled by Instagram for almost 4 months for “Fraud/Scam,” despite having a registered business, trademark, official website and advertising history. Meta has restored the account multiple times, only to disable it again days or weeks later. This has severely affected our business and orders.

Human support is only available to verified members. Only after getting my last remaining account verified did I start crunching numbers… at $18 per head with over 3 Billion users, if even .5% of wrongfully disabled accounts try to pay for support, metas looking at millions in support revenue for a problem they’ve admitted they created. Disgusting and unethical.

I really hate these automated moderation that suspend users' accounts without any reason, and the audacity to ask for phone number and face verification is beyond my mind. These megacorporations are an absolute evil and privacy invasion, especially Meta. Help needed, change needed. Lost my account after 13 years of use due to their “brand new” ai moderation, also failed to appeal in less than a minute since they also automated that by the ai. No human review, no email to contact in these cases, nothing. Unacceptable.

In May 2025 I received a notice that my account would end if I did not provide a video selfie. No explanation or reason was given. I wrote to the company by using a paid for response and did not receive one. My account, all my history was lost.

SUMMARY OF THE FACTS 1.I am the owner of a Facebook account identified by ID 571943508, from which I managed several commercial pages dedicated to the sale of oil paintings, canvas prints, and furniture. These included the pages “Pig.artist,” “Pigmentum,” and “Idee.” 2.These accounts constituted my only source of income and my primary means of work, as I conducted sales and commercial activities through Facebook and Instagram, both through organic posts and paid advertising campaigns on Meta. 3.For approximately seven years, I developed these commercial pages and built my business activity within Meta’s platforms. During this period, I invested more than three million Colombian pesos in advertising, and I was an active user of Meta’s advertising services. 4.My account had enhanced security measures enabled, including two-factor authentication and protection through Google Authenticator, which requires unique codes to authorize access from unrecognized devices. 5.Years ago, I had already experienced an unauthorized access incident following paid advertising campaigns on Meta, which is why I strengthened my account’s security measures even further. 6.On December 22, 2025, at 5:55 a.m., I received an email sent from security@facebookmail.com, informing me that a third party had added the email address damt175dkpji@fviamail.work to my Facebook account. 7.In that communication, Meta informed me that the access had occurred from Hanoi, Vietnam, using Chrome on Windows. This access was not made or authorized by me. 8.Subsequently, on December 24, 2025, I received further indications of suspicious activity within my account, including friend requests that I had never sent. 9.On that same day, Meta notified me that my account had been compromised and temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. 10.I immediately took action and followed the recovery and security procedures provided by the platform, attempting to regain and secure my account. 11.However, on December 26, 2025, Meta permanently disabled my account with the following message: “We disabled your account. We reviewed your account and determined that it still violates our Terms of Service regarding who can use Facebook. You cannot request another review of this decision.” 12.At no point did Meta specifically inform me what conduct or violation was attributed to me, nor did it provide me with an individualized explanation that took into account the fundamental fact that my account had been compromised by an unauthorized third party. 13.I was also not provided with an effective and contextualized human review that considered the evidence of unauthorized access and distinguished between my actions and those carried out by the third party who gained access to my account. 14.As a result of the disabling of my account, I completely lost access to my commercial pages and to my advertising account ID 355141108521971. I was also the sole administrator of those pages. 15.The loss of access caused the interruption of my business activity and effectively destroyed my only source of income and my primary means of livelihood, causing me severe financial and personal harm. 16.I consider it particularly serious that the unauthorized access occurred despite my account having two-factor authentication and Google Authenticator enabled. This raises serious concerns regarding the circumstances under which the unauthorized access occurred and the safeguards applied to the personal, commercial, and security information associated with my account. 17.Since March 2026, I have repeatedly attempted to contact Meta through various channels, including: •internal forms; •privacy channels; •official email addresses; •support tickets; •submission of identification documents; •Habeas Data-related requests; •and multiple formal requests for review and account recovery. 18.Meta primarily responded with automated messages and self-service links that required me to log into the same account that had been disabled, creating an impossible loop and effectively leaving me without a viable mechanism to present my case. 19.Despite having verified my identity using my national identification card and passport, and despite explaining the security incident in detail and providing information regarding the unauthorized access from Vietnam, Meta did not conduct an effective and contextualized human review and did not provide me with a solution. 20.The matter was even escalated through channels related to privacy and data protection, including communications directed to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), without me receiving, to date, a substantive response addressing the underlying issue. 21.I currently remain without access to my account, my commercial pages, my advertising account, the history associated with my business activity, and information relating to years of work, customers, and financial investment. 22.As a direct consequence of this situation, I have now gone approximately eight months without receiving any income, which has placed me in an extremely serious financial situation. 23.I have exhausted multiple avenues in an effort to resolve this matter directly with Meta, and despite my continued efforts, I have not received an effective solution or an adequate human review of my case. My situation is extremely delicate, and despite all my efforts, I have been unable to find an effective way to resolve this problem. I urgently need someone to review my case and help me.

I was informed of security issue on my account. While trying to correct and reopen my account I was informed that day that I was blocked and that they had reviewed my account and found that it still doesn't follow our Terms of Service on who can use Facebook. NO explanatin has been given to me nor have I been given the 180 days to appeal this. You cannot request another review of this decision.

I had an alert saying I didn’t follow community guidelines so I sent an appeal which was denied instantly. I do believe this was a mistake as I've been using this account for over 14 years just positing my travels and such. This has caused me distress and losing contacts with family, friends and clients.
